Treated the post today after renovation work with friends. The plaice on spaghetti was delicious and juicy. The turkey breast fillet as well, the almond balls that go with it are deliciously crunchy. The fillet pan had the meat exactly at the cooking point. Why the pan and the plaice were then prepared with canned mushrooms instead of fresh is incomprehensible at the level offered and costs the fifth star. The service and the ambience definitely deserve the five stars. Hopefully I'll be able to leave the better rating possible after my next visit.

For the wedding, we had chosen the 4-course surprise menu. It was a pure culinary delight 😜 never before eaten so delicious, unusual, well presented in the vicinity. All guests were delighted. The decoration was adapted to the occasion and the chef himself came to see us briefly. The price is more than okay. The service could have been a little friendlier / happier. But maybe she was just having a bad day.

Fine cozy hotel. Breakfast and dinner very good. Booked with daydreams voucher. The staff was very courteous and always helpful.

Why did we only discover the restaurant now? Simply great. Great ambience, nice, happy staff. We tried the pork medallions, delicious. Before that, there was homemade bread with a delicious dip, followed by a fresh salad. On our next visit we will try the surprise menu. To say goodbye, we enjoyed an excellent nightcap, I'm not going to reveal what it was. Visit the restaurant and be surprised. It is essential to reserve a table in advance. 👍 Many thanks to Mr. Wagner and team for this wonderful evening.

1 star deduction, as the portions were very clear. It should have been a little more to induce a feeling of satiety. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Finally it was worth going out to eat again. Often the same thing is offered everywhere that makes you tired of going out to eat. Now we have landed at the Hotel zur Post and have the surprise menu served. Finally a chef who understands his trade and implements his own ideas into a star-worthy meal. Really not eaten so well in a long time. The operation is simply super friendly, quick and attentive. We were so excited that it definitely wasn't the last time.

Very good food, nice atmosphere and you can also sit outside very well. The only thing is that the service was rushed and took the order "in passing", so to speak, and didn't have time to order the drinks at the table. I found that a bit strange about this beautiful restaurant. But if you manage to get an appointment, then you will be spoiled with the food.

Lovely restaurant and hotel. Well kept with friendly owners and staff.

Not much is missing for 5 stars this time in advance. 3 course menu fish we really liked and also a glow in the face conjured up. The table was nicely decorated for the anniversary, though I only mentioned it by the way. Unfortunately we had a real problem with flying ants that night. Nobody can do anything, but it was annoying. But we will be back! 😊
